Account Type Verification Post-Purchase
After purchasing an account, it will not automatically switch from a Swing account to a Standard account or vice versa. Each account type is set at the time of purchase and will remain as selected during the process.
To confirm your account type, navigate to your dashboard in the Dominion Funding application. There, you can review the confirmed account type and all related details for accuracy.
Switching Between Account Types
Dominion Funding allows users to switch their account type under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Ensure no trades have been made on the account. If trades have been placed, switching will no longer be allowed.
Submitting a Request: As long as the account satisfies the eligibility condition, submit a request to change your account type via the appropriate channel (customer support channels).
Completion: Once the account type change request is approved, Dominion Funding will handle the switch. You will simply need to wait for updated account credentials, which will be provided to you after the process is successfully completed. No further action is needed on your side during this time.
